If you are a Dojo bookings customer and find yourself fully booked and not wanting to reject a customer, you can manually create a queue place for them.
First, log in to your Dojo bookings account.
- From the Parties list, Table plan or Planner, click Add a party in the top-right corner.
A new side-menu will open. - Select the Queue tab
- Enter the Party size and Wait Time (you can adapt this in 5 min intervals)

After these details are entered you will see that a Table will be auto-allocated. Click on the table to manually amend this. You can also add multiple tables to accommodate larger groups.

Enter the customers Name, Phone number in order to be contacted.
- Click the Bell icon to enable/disable notifications about when their table is ready from being sent to their phone number.
- Finally, add any Comments that are relevant to the party if necessary.
- When you’re finished, click Add queue place.
