We have now made it possible to send a machine back to us via the Dojo app!
If you have taken on additional machines for an event or busy period and no longer require them, you can organise the return on our Dojo for Business app.

To return your card machines in the Dojo for Business mobile app:
- Select ‘Tools’ from the navigation bar, then select ‘Card machines’
- Select the card machine you want to return.
Choose the return reason
- Damaged - Charges apply, you will be prompted to arrange drop-off/collection & to then order a replacement device.
- Faulty card machine - Please ensure you have given us a call to double check if the query can be fixed with one of our customer service agents.

What are the costs?
We do not charge you to return the card machine. Once the card machine has been returned it will be assessed for damage. If damage is present beyond expected wear and tear a charge may be applied to your invoice to cover the cost of repair.
