Turning tables faster and boosting revenue is easy by letting customers pay when they like.

Setting up
- Log into your Dojo for Business account using the app or at account.dojo.tech
- Click on ‘Tools’ and then ‘Pay by QR’
- Have a read through some of the benefits and then click ‘Get started’
- Fill in the form and press ‘Next'
If your EPOS supports Pay by QR, you’ll receive an email from our team, asking for a few details, including:
- A copy of your table plan & logo
- Your WaiterID (if applicable)
- Confirmation on which QR code style you’d like
- Your Google Reviews link
Reply with all the details and once we have received everything we need, you can expect your QR codes to arrive in the post within 5 working days. All you need to do when they arrive is stick them down on your tables!

Using Pay by QR
Once your QR codes are on your table, service becomes more efficient.
- Staff can take orders at the table
- They input the orders into the EPOS
- Whenever the customer is ready, they can scan the QR and pay.
Customers will see a variation of the below screen when they scan the QR code (this is dependant on your EPOS provider):
It's important that the table isn't open on the EPOS, if it is open it will not allow the customer to pull the bill via the QR.
Pay By QR dashboard
Log into dashboard.dojo.tech with your Dojo for Business credentials. From your dashboard you’ll be able to:
- See a real-time view of all your tables and their payment status
- Keep track of your reviews
FAQs
There can sometimes be a short delay between the QR code payments syncing with your EPOS. We recommend checking your transactions on your Pay by QR dashboard
- Check that the table isn't locked on the EPOS
- Check that another Dojo card machine doesn't already have a lock on the table
- Your EPOS may have lost connection, please restart your EPOS
