Your customer reference is a unique number that we use to identify your Dojo account. You can find it on the email we sent when you joined us and it begins with SP. You'll also find it by logging into your account or app. It’s useful to make a note as you may need it when calling us.
Your customer reference relates to your legal entity and will remain the same if you have multiple locations.
As well as a customer reference, you’ll have a Merchant ID which is used to identify each location on your account. If you have multiple locations, you will have a Merchant ID for each one. You can find this on your Dojo invoice and by logging into your account.
