Your Dojo account keeps a record of all your business’s transactions that were taken through Dojo.
Log in to your account or open the Dojo app to view your transaction list. You can also tap the ‘Transactions’ icon at the bottom of the app, or click ‘Transactions’ in the web sidebar.
Transactions are organised by date and at a glance tell you the card scheme, time, and transaction amount. Refunds are recorded in red with a negative value, and Declined transactions are scored through and marked with a prohibited symbol.

How to filter the transactions list
You can filter your transaction list to quickly and easily identify the transaction you’re looking for. Simply click the filter icon or use the filter boxes at the top of the web page (on the desktop site) and select from the following filters:
- Location - if you have multiple locations, you can filter by the trading address to find your transactions for a specific location.
- Date range - we offer both predefined date filters such as; today, this week, last month, this year and a custom date range. A custom date range can be used to find specific transactions from any time period. This goes right back to your first transaction as a Dojo customer.
- Time range - time range and date range can be used to help you match your transactions with your business opening times. Simply select a from time and a to time along with date and your transaction list will update to show takings from any given time and date range.
- Transaction type - you can filter by sale, refund, pre-authorised transactions and collections to help you keep on top of all of your takings
- Payment method - If you take payments in different ways (e.g. on the card machine or online checkout) our payment method filter helps you differentiate between them

When you apply these filters, the transaction list will automatically update and you can download the filtered transactions in a CSV.
