Your bank transfers are processed from 10am every day, including weekends and bank holidays. Please allow a few hours for your funds to reach your bank account.
The transfer history in your Dojo account may take a little longer to update.
Your transfer history will also record the status of each transfer:
Status |
Description |
Pending |
Your transactions have been cleared and your transfer is being processed by Dojo to your bank account. |
Complete |
Your transfer is in your bank account. |
Failed |
Something has gone wrong and your transfer has failed. Dojo will retry and get your funds to you as quickly as possible. |
Under Review |
Dojo needs to investigate some of the transactions included in your transfer. We will contact you for more information. |
Returned |
Your transfer was unable to be delivered to your bank account and has returned to Dojo. You may need to speak with your bank to make sure your funds get transferred to you, but we’ll contact you with more information. |
No Transfer |
You will not receive a transfer if the total value of refunds processed in a day exceeds the total value of sales. You will receive a transfer when your net balance is positive. |
Partially Released |
Dojo has finished reviewing your transfer and some of your funds have been released. These will be included in your next transfer. |
Fully Released |
Dojo has finished reviewing your transfer and all of your funds have been released. These will be included in your next transfer. |
- Download the Dojo app or log in to your account to keep track of transfers and get a closer look at your transactions.
- Enable push notifications so you know once you’ve been paid. Just head to ‘Account’ and ‘Notification settings’ to turn these on.
