Dojo transfers your takings the next day, seven days a week, even on weekends and bank holidays. We strive to process our transfers as early as possible for our customers with funds arriving as promptly as 6am, but they can arrive in your bank account anytime throughout the day.

How Dojo transfers your takings
Your takings are automatically totalled at the end of your banking window every day (either 12am or 3am). At this point, your transfer is listed under the transfer tab in the Dojo business app as ‘Pending.’
Banking window start | Banking window end | Transfer day |
Monday 00:00 | Tuesday 00:00 | Tuesday |
Monday 03:00 | Tuesday 03:00 | Wednesday |

Dojo begins processing your transfer first thing in the morning every day, including weekends and bank holidays.
Once your transfer is processed by Dojo, it’s marked ‘Complete’ in your transfer list. We’ll send you a notification through the Dojo business app to let you know that your transfer’s on its way.
Note: If you’re eligible for Business Funding & have an agreement setup on your account, our funding partner, YouLend, will also process your transfer in order to recoup the loan repayments. This may affect how long it takes for your transfer to reach you. The repayment process beings automatically.
Once you receive your funding a percentage of your card transactions will go towards paying off your advance. This means when you receive your transfer the % that repays YouLend has already been taken.
