You’ll need a supervisor code to process refunds and reversals on your card machine. We send this to you via email once your account has been approved.
Once you've set up your machine, you can change your code in your card machine settings. It’s your responsibility to store this safely and only share with trusted employees.

We've also outlined the steps below:
1. Press the menu bar at the top left of your screen
2. Hit 'Settings' and 'Update supervisor code'
3. Enter your current supervisor code
4. Enter your new supervisor code. Then confirm it by entering again.
You'll need to change the code on each of your card machines, and remember to only share it with trusted employees.
