You’ll need to enter a supervisor code on your card machine to authorise some tasks, such as giving refunds and reversing transactions.
Your Supervisor Code is a unique 4-character code that we’ll email to you when your account is first set up with Dojo, along with your order information and Activation Code. Search for ‘Your Dojo Order’ in your inbox - we’ll have sent it to the email address registered with your account.
You can also change your supervisor code, but you’ll need your original code in order to do so.
