Finish setting up your account
1) Log into your Dojo account
2) Report your PCI compliance
PCI compliance is a requirement for all businesses that accept card payments.
Dojo card machines come with Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE). It’s the most rigorous security standard and protects you and your customers from card fraud – safeguarding your reputation and giving your customers peace of mind.
3) Add your employees to your account
Add your employees as team members on Dojo so they can log into your business's Dojo account and keep track of transactions when your focus is elsewhere:
4) Claim your exit fees
We could pay you up to £3,000 in fees incurred from cancelling your contract with your previous payments provider. To claim your exit fees:

6) Update your supervisor code
A supervisor code is needed to perform administrative functions on your card machine, including processing refunds. There is a default code provided with your account, but we recommend changing it to something unique to each machine:

Your Dojo card machine can be integrated with your Electronic Point of Sale system for faster transactions and a smoother customer experience.
