Note: By default, only Account Owners and Administrators can order card machines. Update your team member roles if you’d like more staff to be able to do so.
Whether your business is growing or you’re just looking for a spare card machine, it’s easy to order a new Dojo Go through your Dojo account.
- Log into your Dojo account via the Dojo for business app or online
- Open the ‘Tools’ menu and select ‘Card machines’
- Tap the menu icon and select ‘Order more card machines’
- Select the location you’re ordering card machines for
- Select a reason for your order - if you’re looking to replace a broken card machine, contact us to arrange a replacement
- Select the type and quantity of card machines, then tap ‘Next'
- Select the delivery address
Note: The delivery address must be one of your trading locations set up in Dojo
- Select one of your Team members as a delivery contact. This contact must:
- Have a phone number associated with their account
- Have a role that lets them view card machine orders
- Have access to the location the new card machine(s) will be used at
- On the final screen, review your order and tap ‘Place order’ to finish ordering your card machine
You’ll receive a confirmation screen when your order’s been placed, and you can track your delivery by tapping ‘View orders’ at the bottom of the screen, or from the ‘Card machine’ section of the ‘Tools’ tab.
