If you want to close your Dojo account, you’ll need to follow the steps below:
1) Provide one month's notice in writing by email or post
By email: support@dojo.tech
By post: Dojo, Runway East, 101 Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6PU
2) Return your card machine to us
Once we've received your written notice, we'll arrange a courier to collect your card machine.
3) Pay the final balance on your account
You’ll receive your final bill at the end of your normal billing period, and we’ll collect the final payment by Direct Debit.
4) Remove any Dojo branded collateral or logos from your business
We'll send you an email once your account has been closed.
