Card machine not turning on or screen not lighting up

Card machine won’t connect to process a payment
Try restarting your machine
- Hold down the power button, then select 'Reboot'.
- Try the transaction again.
Card machine not printing
- Check that the receipt roll is installed correctly and the lid to the roll compartment is firmly closed.
- Check the battery level. If it's below 7% your machine won't print receipts.

- Unplug the power cable, wait for ten seconds and then reconnect.
- Check all cables are firmly connected.
