If your Dojo Go is not printing receipts:

Check that the receipt roll is installed correctly and the lid to the roll compartment is firmly closed.

Check the battery level, if it's below 5% your machine won't print receipts. Make sure it sits on the charging base when not in use.
You can also plug the charging cable directly into the left side of the card machine(the charging port is marked ! on the diagram opposite)

If the printer is printing too faint , the paper may be in the wrong way. The thermal coating on the paper is only on one side, so having it in the wrong way can cause this issue. There is a diagram of the correct paper orientation inside the printer door.

Check if the printer roller is present: The printer roller is a hollow plastic cylinder (pictured below) that is put inside of receipt rolls to help them roll. If you have lost the receipt roller, or the printer door doesn't shut, please get in touch with us.
